Jim Kirkham new director at Lamb Weston's Delhi sweet potato plant

Jim Kirkham, a 15-year veteran of ConAgra Foods, has taken over as director of the company's Lamb Weston sweet potato processing plant in Delhi, Louisiana. 

Kirkham replaces Doug Beyer, who oversaw the plant's construction and opening last fall. Beyer has been promoted to senior director of engineering for ConAgra's Lamb Weston and will return to Washington state. 

Beyer will remain at the Delhi plant with Kirkham through February.
