Jan van Hoogen appointed Chairman Europatat Seed Potato Commission

Yesterday Europatat’s Seed Potato Commission held its first official meeting since the adoption of the new structure of the association.

On this occasion, commission members elected Jan van Hoogen from Dutch seed potato company Agrico as chairman of the Seed Potato Commission for a 2-years term.

The meeting discussed key regulatory matters which are set to impact the seed potato sector over the coming years and reviewed the export season to third countries, particularly regarding market access issues.
