Bob Goldin, executive vice president and food industry analyst at Technomic says he can "only applaud"Burger King's healthy kids food initiative, but says it is "long over due"with its healthy kids food initiative. He tells Steve Potisk that until now "Burger King has focused a lot of their efforts on the core hamburger user."Overall, Goldin says he doesn't "think the industry has been particularly responsive"when it come to childhood nutrition.
