The Ambient Air Cooler is a product cooling system designed to quickly cool foods, halting the cooking process and reducing their temperature for packaging.In most cases, pull-through cooling brings the product to within approximately 15°F (9.5°C) of ambient air temperature in seconds.
This system ensures precise control of when the product stops cooking by providing an accurate cooling profile, optimized bed depths, and adjustable dwell time through a variable speed conveyor for consistent product quality.
Available in standard sizes or custom designs, the coolers can be tailored to fit specific products and processing lines. Additional features include optional hinged top covers and washable, non-corroding, easily removable exhaust filters.
