FAM Stumabo presents the new FAM Flexis slicer at Fruit Attraction
The FAM Flexis slicer was the main novelty exhibited by FAM Stumabo at Fruit Attraction 2022. It has a versatile belt for slicing and chopping vegetables and fruit.
It is a machine for small capacities, which can work with leafy vegetables, such as cabbage, lettuce or parsley, as well as tropical fruits, and which offers a great quality of cut to very precise sizes.
It achieves this with the combination of adapted cutting heads and the corresponding adjusted parameters.
It stands out for its simple design, high hygienic standards as required by the fourth range (minimally fresh processed products) and it is easy to operate with minimal damage to the product. The conveyor sleeves are very easy to remove.
The FAM Flexis stand also included the FAM Centris 400 model, a grater-roller designed to offer a consistent quality of cut with flexibility.
It does so only by placing the gauge corresponding to the desired thickness, assuming an important advance with respect to previous technologies. It allows to make very diverse cuts and shapes.
The exhibition was completed with the FAM Dorphy entry-level cuber, designed for demands for cubes and strips in different types of vegetables, soft fruits and hard tubers, including potatoes at a capacity of 600 kg/h (3 mm cubes).
