Tecno Alimentaria Valenciana - Hermes Flavour Liquids and Solids system

Hermes is a piece of equipment designed for large-scale production due to its robustness and size allows to apply powdered liquids, flavors and salt simultaneously. It consists of two main parts, making it easy to remove the equipment components for cleaning.

The equipment analyzes the amount of the product it transports through the continuous weighing system, applying only the percentage of flavor previously programmed in the software, which ensures an adequate amount of flavors, thus protecting the customer's recipes with different types of condiments and provides all the information about the equipment.

Designed in stainless steel both outdoors and indoors, smooth curve equipment, no corners. The equipment can be customized, adjusting the customer's needs to the electrical panel, the screen or the the display and the dispenser, which can be adapted to the customer's needs. The equipment has two homologated and interchangeable engines, which makes it easy to repair.
