Hungritos wraps up first half of busy 2024 trade show schedule with SFB Food & Hotel Seoul

Indian-origin premium frozen food brand Hungritos wrapped up the first half of the current calendar with a hugely successful SFH Food and Hotel Seoul 2024, in June. 

South Korea was a huge success for Hungritos, opening altogether new business opportunities for the brand in the country. The brand owned and marketed by India’s leading food processor Iscon Balaji Foods Pvt Ltd participated across multiple geographies in South-East and Middle East Asia during the first six months of 2024. 

Hungritos was on a whirlwind tour across the region, participating in SFH Food and Hotel Seoul 2024, Thaifex Anuga Asia 2024, The Saudifood Show 2024, FHA Singapore, Foodex Japan, and Gulfood 2024, where it connected with thousands of food enthusiasts, food service professionals, and industry experts from across the globe.

With live counters at many of these events demonstrating Hungritos’s expertise to create excitement in a 100% vegetarian cuisine, the brand gained significant traction from F&B professionals keen to forge alliances with it. Hungritos could demonstrate how the HoReCa industry could keep its customers excited about potatoes.

Hungritos will kick off the second half of 2024 with back-to-back participation in FHI in Indonesia, and WOFEX in the Philippines. The Hungritos premium frozen finger food range consists of a bouquet of fries -- Premium French Fries (6*6 mm, 7*7 mm, 9*9 mm, 10*10 mm and 11*11 mm skin on), Everlast French Fries, Crinkle Cut French Fries, Fiery French Fries – and a range of potato specialty, Herbed Potato Wedges, Roasties Hash Brown, Aloo Tikki, Herb Potato Patty, Premium Veggie Decker, Potato Popcorn, Chilly Garlic Shots, Potato Cheese Shots, and Potato Scoops, made from best-in-class Dutch potatoes cultivated and processed by Iscon Balaji Foods at its facilities across India. 

The brand is the largest processor of French Fries from India, and exports Make In India food products to over 20 destinations worldwide.
