European Snacks Association names Sandy Lagallo as new president

The General Assembly of the European Snacks Association (ESA) has elected Sandy Iagallo, Senior Director Regulatory & Wellbeing Europe at Kellogg Europe, as its new President for the term 2023- 2025. She succeeds Mathijs Peters, formerly responsible for EU Corporate Affairs at PepsiCo.

This appointment reflects her vast industry experience and her outstanding leadership skills. Before joining Kellogg in 2020, Sandy held several senior roles in marketing, sales, finance and public policy for leading international companies in the food and pharmaceutical sector.

During her two-year mandate at the helm of ESA, Sandy Iagallo intends to further consolidate the position of the sector as a trustworthy partner for policymakers and support members in successfully addressing the many challenges ahead:
