One of the snack factories of Agro Tech Foods limited, a subsidiary of Conagra Brands in India, was destroyed by fire Sunday.

Worker noticed the fire in the production unit in Uttar Pradesh's Unnao district on Sunday morning close to nine o'clock. They raised the alarm, and all 400 employees rushed outside as the fire began to spread.

All employees were evacuated safely and the local fire fighters who received assistance of several fire brigade units from the surrounding area doused the flames after a two-hour-long effort.

It is suspected that an electrical short circuit or a malfunction in one of the fryers at the factory could have caused the fire.
