Richard Ellis has returned to McDonald's Restaurants of Canada, after three years as the VP of communications for McDonald's USA.

Ellis is now senior VP, communications and public affairs for McDonald's Restaurants of Canada, where he led PR from 2002 to 2005 during the height of the trans-fat debate.
