Incalfer - Flavoring with liquid and powder application

The system consists of a folded sheet metal drum, supported by two rotating shafts with wheels that transmit movement. The drive mechanism operates via an endless gear motor and crown.

For liquid application, the system features an oil applicator that utilizes a dosing and spraying mechanism. This includes a diaphragm dosing pump, a sprinkler nozzle, and an oil tank from which the pump draws the liquid.

On the opposite side of the drum, a powder dispenser ensures even distribution of dry flavoring. It comprises a hopper with a dosing thread that dispenses the powder into the drum efficiently.

This setup ensures uniform coating of products with both liquid and powder flavoring for optimal taste and consistency.
