The Incalfer Continuous Line is designed for high-efficiency production of kettle-style potato chips, with a capacity of 200 kg per hour.
Production Process:
- Peeling & Slicing: Potatoes are first peeled and sliced before moving to the next stage.
- Batch Feeding & Frying: The sliced potatoes accumulate on a conveyor and enter the fryer in controlled batches, where frying time and speed are precisely adjusted.
- Uniform Cooking: A PLC-controlled agitation system ensures even frying, while an automatic oil replenishment system maintains consistent oil levels.
- Oil & Crumb Removal: Fried chips pass through a vibrating screen, removing excess oil and small particles for better texture and quality.
- Seasoning: The chips move to a rotary seasoner, where salt and flavors are evenly applied.
- Cooling & Quality Check: A continuous cooling tunnel brings the chips to the ideal temperature before they undergo final inspection.
- Packaging: The finished chips are ready for packing and distribution.
This fully automated line is controlled by a centralized electrical panel, ensuring seamless operation and high-quality chip production.
