Incalfer - CP 300 Stick & Piece Cutter

The CP 300 Stick & Piece Cutter is a specialized machine used in fried snack factories that produce salty sticks. Once the wheat flour dough is prepared, it is processed in a sobadora (dough sheeter), where it is flattened into a sheet approximately 3 mm thick. The sheet is then rolled and cut into strips about 25 cm wide. These rolls are then fed into the stick cutter for further processing.
