Incalfer - 250 kg/h Pellet Line

​Incalfer's 250 kg/h pellet production line is designed for efficient snack processing. The system begins with a dosificador (feeder) that uniformly supplies raw materials to the fryer. 

The continuous frying system can be customized with different heating methods, including internal heat exchangers, submerged tubes, or external serpentine heaters, depending on product requirements. After frying, the product passes through a vibrating sieve to remove excess oil, then moves into a rotating drum for seasoning. An optional cooler can be added to ensure the product reaches ambient temperature before packaging.
