ALL BLUE

All Blue is a late season variety with fairly compact plants. Yields are usually high.  Tubers are uniform and often in the 5 to 6 inch range. The flesh color is usually blue throughout at cooler soil temperatures, washing out a bit in warmer soils.

All Blue potatoes have great taste, moist texture, and good storage capabilities. This cute heirloom variety has been around for over 100 years, and boasts oblong shaped potatoes, with blue skin, blue flesh and a white interior ring.

The potato turns into a paler blue color once cooked, and is an absolute show stopper in potato salads. All blue potatoes are multipurpose, and are great for boiling, mashing, sauteing, baking, and making french fries.This variety is very drought tolerant and may not do well in very wet conditions.
