Mr. Shaban Al-Nahar, Chairman of the Board of Beirut Erbil Company, paid an official visit to the Dutch Consulate in Erbil, where he was received by the newly appointed Dutch Consul, Adriaan IJsselstein, on the occasion of his assumption of office in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

During the meeting, discussions focused on enhancing cooperation between Iraq and the Netherlands, particularly in the development of the potato sector—from cultivation to processing. The parties explored opportunities to improve productivity and leverage advanced Dutch expertise and technologies in this field.
