McCain Foods and Fuller’s have launched the London Pride Brewer’s Ridge, a bespoke chip (french fry) which is being being rolled out across Fuller’s pubs.
The French fries are made with 100 per cent British potatoes and coated with a unique London Pride beer batter.
Adrian Greaves, associate director McCain Foodservice said, “Pubs need to differentiate their offering and we are delighted to partner with Fuller’s to create this exciting bespoke product.
"Chips are an integral part of the pub dining experience and this is a great example how pubs can stand out from the crowd.”
