Hifri wint de Food Valley Award

HiFri is de gedoodverfde winnaar van de Food Valley Award. Tijdens de publieksstemming stemden de bezoekers aan de Food Valley Conferentie massaal op het bedrijf door een balletje in de HiFri-zuil te stoppen.

In de door HiFri ontwikkelde technologie wordt bij het frituren gebruik gemaakt van hete lucht en stoom in plaats van olie of vet. Groot voordeel hierbij is dat er dus geen vet aan het product wordt toegevoegd en er geen risico's zijn met spetterend, brandgevaarlijk frituurvet.

Inmiddels is de uitslag bekend: HiFri wint de award
