The merger was announced in July 2010 and completed in December of 2010. Brands of Snyder's - Lance include Snyder’s of Hanover (pretzels), Lance (Sandwich crackers), Cape Cod (Kettle cooked potato chips), Pretzel Crisps (Pretzel crackers), Krunchers! (Extra thick Kettle cooked potato chips), Tom's (extruded Snacks), Grande (Tortilla Chips), Archway (biscuits), Eat Smart Naturals (Veggie chips and popped snacks), Stella D'oro (biscuits), Jays (Potato Chips), O-Ke-Doke (popcorn) and Padrinos (Tortilla chips)

Snyder's - Lance is the second largest savory snack manufacturer in the United States

In March 2018, Snyder's-Lance was acquired by the Campbell Soup Company.
