RWL Holdings - operating as PEI Potato Solutions (PPS) - is a company that offers services to local (potato) producers including: cleaning, drying, grading and load optimization.

More specifically, the company provides a full potato wash service to farmers of PEI before the potatoes are sold to Cavendish Farms. The service is provided so that farmers can achieve a higher grade when selling their product to Cavendish Farms.

This service includes washing, sorting, separating rot, as well as metal and foreign material removal.

The company is a partnership owned by Kinkora Holdings Inc., Valley Grove Enterprises Ltd and Hilltop Produce Ltd.

The facility opened in January 2014 and was used by 12 farmers in its first year of operation.
