Ochoa Foods is one of the smaller french fry manufacturers in the US. This family owned company operates one french fry processing plant located in Washington, as of 2008 in a joint venture with Lamb Weston (Conagra Foods), named Lamb Weston BSW.

In December 2018, Lamb Weston acquired full ownership of this joint venture, making the potato processing plant in Warden, Washington a regular Lamb Weston operation.
