Mercian Limited are the UK's largest supplier of bulk processing potatoes, specialising in the supply of crisping potatoes.

They are a very small unit and mainly grower owned. They supply over 25% of the UK crisping potato requirement and are the only company supplying all the major crisp processors across the UK.
