Lamb Weston - Pasco (Washington) is one of Lamb Weston's Potato Processing plants.

In 2007 Lamb Weston completed an 85,000-square-foot expansion of this potato processing plant.

Later Lamb Weston added two new state-of-the-art production lines for making potato- and onion-based appetizers to the facility.
