Gedimex is a Belgian export company, founded in 1991 as an independent spin-off of a large potato processing factory.

Since that time the company has specialized in undertaking the entire export activity on behalf of a limited number of carefully selected production units, situated both inside and outside of the EU.

The company works via 2 divisions : frozen foods & dehydrated ingredients.
