The event will focus on the application of how Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) technology can revolutionise the drying and extraction processes being held at specialist facility in Germany for insights, demonstrations, system tours and expert sessions into how PEF can improve your product, enhance your production line and reduce costs.

The event will focus on the application of Pulsed Electric Fields for drying processing and how to reduce costs, accelerate the drying and improve the quality of dried products, capturing more of the natural shape, flavour, aroma and colour of the fresh produce.

Another focus is set on the field of extraction and how to improve the extraction of valuable substances and increase the yields for yeast, algae, vegetables, wine, olive oil, meat and more.

As a grand finale, we will taste PEF-treated wine and different dried fruits from the young start-up Frudist in a PEF tasting, as well as snacks and PEF products during dinner.
