The company was established in Nevsehir, Turkey on October 2009 as a joint venture between Meijer BV (The Netherlands) and Inan Seed (Turkey).

One of the main activities is to supply potato chips manufacturers with top quality varieties and seed potatoes for the production of potato chips.
