Using a Spiral Action Gentle Washer, it thoroughly cleans potato slices without relying on mechanical agitation, which can cause product damage. This ensures a delicate yet effective washing process that preserves the quality of the slices. After washing, slices are evenly distributed in a wide, uniform layer across the dewatering conveyor. This arrangement improves water removal, reduces fryer fuel usage, and prevents slice clustering, ensuring even cooking in the fryer.
