The Grinder cum Separator by Kanchan Metals is an innovative industrial machine designed for seamless grinding and separation of food materials. Engineered for efficiency, it ensures uniform particle size reduction while simultaneously removing unwanted components, enhancing the final product’s quality.

SV Agri’s Peel separation and compaction system separates the peel from the water and uses a cylindrical wedge wire screen inside a screw compactor to compact the peel and reduce water content significantly.

The plant is designed for the preparation, washing, polishing and sorting of ware potatoes. Both parts of the plant display first-class workmanship down to the smallest detail and are connected together in a highly efficient manner.

In 2014 we helped develop a concept for Valensija.The first stage enabled receiving, soil extraction, sorting, washing, polishing, storing, weighing & packaging of potatoes, onions & beetroot. The second stage includes the processing of carrots.

In December 2015 Gillenkirch installed a new and advanced potato line in Hevel-Maon Enterprises, one of the leading organizations in Israel.
