Variety Description

Anya fingerling potatoes are small in size and are oblong to oval and narrow and knobby in shape. The thin, smooth skin ranges from tan to beige and has many deep-set eyes scattered across the surface creating a bumpy appearance. The flesh is creamy white to pale yellow and is waxy, dense, and firm. When cooked, Anya fingerling potatoes are creamy and earthy with a slightly nutty flavor and nuances of chestnut.
