Potato Market Update 

According to NAPMN, potato production for 2024 is forecast at 422 million cwt, a 4% decrease YoY and down nearly 7 million cwt from September 2024 estimates. Key producing states have experienced downward adjustments in average yield prospects. Meanwhile, Canada’s 2024 potato crop is projected at 126 million cwt, down 2.2% from its record 2023 output.
