KMC is no longer “just” a company selling huge amounts of potato starch. Today the company is considered a serious and modern food ingredients supplier. KMC's introduces new branding to reflect that.

Here is how KMC words it:

“As KMC during recent years has succeeded in selling more refined food ingredients, there is a need for reflecting this development in the way that we as a company profile ourselves towards our surroundings.”

“We are no longer 'just' a company selling huge amounts of potato starch. No, today our surroundings consider us a serious and modern food ingredients company.”

“Therefore, during the last year we have been working on a modernisation of our way of presenting the future KMC. Practically this means that the current KMC logo, which served us through decades, as of September 1, 2015 will get a facelift. Where the current logo, with its green and robust expression, reflects a clear connection to the agriculture the new logo will maintain this element, but with supplement of a 'food dimension'.”

“With the new visual expression, KMC’s quality will appear more distinctive than today. The change includes the entire way of presenting our company and involves e.g. our signposting, packing material, stationery, website, sales material, exhibition booth, annual reports etc.”

“At the same time, we introduce a new company slogan:

KMC's new logo with its new slogan "Let's take food forward"

KMC's new logo with its new slogan "Let's take food forward"

“The essence of this slogan is an invitation and a request to you, our customers, to develop new and innovative food together with us.”

“So, let’s start – Let’s take food forward!”
