Council of Better Business Bureaus reviews Wendy's advertising claims

The National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus has determined that Wendy's International Inc., provided sufficient evidence to support product description claims made in the context of the company's "Always Fresh, Never Frozen"advertising campaign. NAD, the advertising industry's self-regulatory forum, examined print, television, and Internet advertisements, following a challenge by Burger King Corporation, a manufacturer of competing products.
