Grote Company, a manufacturer of reliable, top-quality food slicing and assembly equipment, announced three promotions as part of its Lifecycle Management initiative.

The initiative supports customers across all divisions, including PFI and Vanmark, with services to optimize, maintain and support their equipment purchases. Examples include technical service, installation and commissioning, training, new equipment start-up packages, spare parts, and preventative maintenance, to name a few.

Danny Friend, Lifecycle Leader at Grote Company

Danny Friend has been promoted to Lifecycle Leader at Grote Company. In this new role, Friend will work with Jack H. Grote to define offerings, implement them across Grote’s U.S. and U.K. teams, and work with customers and internal teams to sell and perform maintenance. Friend will also continue in his role leading the product support group.
 
KP Hoamvongsor, Lifecycle Engineer/Technical Leader Grote Company

KP Hoamvongsor, Lifecycle Engineer/Technical Leader Grote Company

KP Hoamvongsor has been promoted to Lifecycle Engineer/Technical Leader. Hoamvongsor’s primary focus will be to support and implement lifecycle initiatives and solutions at key accounts, based on his technical experience in the field. He will continue to serve as technical leader and mentor to the field service team. Hoamvongsor will report to Friend.

Tanner Adams has been promoted to the role of Aftermarket Operations Leader. He will act as technical/field service team manager, optimizing processes, technology, and team knowledge to execute field service. He will continue to report to Andy Schneider, director of sales for Grote Company.
