Potato company Wilcox Fresh welcomes Justin Reynolds as its new CEO
Potato grower and packer Wilcox Fresh has appointed Justin Reynolds as the company’s new CEO.
Reynolds has been involved in Idaho agriculture for 15 years in everything from labor and production roles to financial services and management leadership positions.
Prior to joining Wilcox Fresh, Justin served as the Chief Financial Officer for a specialized chip potato company headquartered in Idaho with operations in several other states.
Before his career in the chip industry, Justin worked in agriculture specific financial services with Northwest Farm Credit Services. In his time with Farm Credit, Justin worked in roles ranging from direct customer relationship management focused on row crops and cattle, to underwriting of large syndicated financing packages for projects such as vineyards, commercial crab fishing vessels, and vertically integrated agribusiness processing facilities, as well as training and treasury management roles.
Justin completed his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University – Idaho, and his MBA at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho. Originally from Cody, Wyoming, Justin now resides in Pocatello, Idaho with his wife, Nicole, and their three children.
As the new CEO, Justin will be working closely with the owners and executive team to build synergy across the various divisions and departments of the family business drawing from the experience and expertise of many industry veterans within the company. Justin will be responsible for seeking out new opportunities for growth and partnerships as the company continues pushing forward.
