New French fry line at Dogaseed successfully installed

Doga Seed and BMA successfully completed the installation of a new 3000 kg/h french fries production line in Nevsehir, Turkey.

Potato Company Doga Seed and equipment manufacturer BMA successfully finalized the installation by signing the acceptance document on October 30.

To handle the installation, line commissioning and training, BMA had sent a skilled and experienced project team, led by project engineer Mr Eric Scholtens. The BMA team in cooperation with high skilled people of Doga Seed had the production line ready to produce within short notice.

On 65 hectare ground Doga Seed built a brand new factory of 7.500 m2. In this brand new building BMA installed the 3.000 kg/h French fries production line. Doga Seed is planning to produce 25.000 tons of frozen products.

Doga Seed is a leading company in the field of the potato. The company supplies potatoes to the chips and French fries industry.

The company introduced its own brand “Pomking”. Products will be supplied to both retail and food service. The focus of Pomking is to let the consumer taste high quality, healthy and different potato products.

The production line is in full operation producing high quality end products already and even since the training phase.
