BMA will commission a 3.000 kg/hr French Fries installation at Doga Seed in Turkey in 2011.

Doga Seed has placed the order for the supply and installation of a complete 3000 kg/h High-tech Frozen French Fries installation, to be established in the Nev?ehir Province in Turkey. It has chosen BMA for its excellent reputation in French Fries industry and due to its dominant market share in Turkey.

The production line will be operational by mid 2011. The Turkish company Doga Seed is a privately owned agro-company and leading in the field of potato seed and potato production. It supplies the local and international Potato Chips producers. Annual potato production reached 100.000 metric ton on 2500 hectares of land with 90.000 metric ton storage capacity in amazing 6 individually airconditioned underground storage facilities.

Doga Seed operates a modern Tissue Culture lab to produce pathogen free minitubers and high grade Potato seed. Beside all potato activities the it aims to add more value and has decided to start up its own French Fries production facility. In other words, its production chain starts in the lab to field and finishes its fully integrated process with a consumer ready product.
