Potato Salad manufacturer Johma is put up for sale by its British owner, Uniq. Stamford Partners was asked to investigate opportunities for joint ventures or sales of all Uniq's activities in Northern Europe.
Uniq, profiling itself as the European chilled convenience food group, wants to focus entirely on the British market in an attempt to reverse slowing sales and mounting losses (last year 61 million euro).
