The silo dosing and feeding system plays an important role in the food industry. It is mainly used to realize the automatic supply and processing of raw materials such as flour, milk powder and other powdered materials. Composition

  • Storage system: used to store large amounts of powder, usually including multiple silos, which can automatically adjust the supply as needed. Storage tanks can usually be equipped according to the needs of different customers, usually with a storage volume of 1 ton to 100 tons. 
  • Screening system: screen the powder online to remove impurities and ensure the purity of the material. The range of each powder screening can be set from 50kgs to 500kgs. 
  • Drying system: used to adjust the humidity of the powder to prevent agglomeration and other humidity-related problems. 
  • Iron removal system: removes metal impurities in the powder to ensure food safety and equipment operation safety. 
  • Metering system: accurately measure the powder supply to ensure the correct proportion of ingredients. 
  • Mixing system: mix different types of powders evenly to improve product quality.
