REYCO Systems can custom design UVC Hoods using Steril-Aire shatter-resistant, plastic-sheathed UVC Emitters™ for specific applications. The UVC light kills viruses, bacteria, mold, fungus, and yeast through the disruption of the DNA and RNA structure at the cellular level.

It will effectively destroy Coliform, Salmonella, E. Coli, Staphylococcus, Listeria, and Anthrax on the surface of your products prior to packaging.

Features:

Placed either over or under line for Maximum UVC exposure.
Easily opens for cleaning, bulb replacement and conveyor access.
Heavy duty stainless steel or aluminum construction, water tight electrical for wash down duty.
Variable combination of UVC bulbs can accommodate conveyors up to 6 feet width.
