Marcelissen Drum Knifepeeler

The Knifepeeler SMT is a machine consisting out of a frame with a very stable knife drum and an auger. The product is peeled during transport, what is done by the auger. The complete peeling process can be done with or without water. The beams in which the knives are constructed, are very simple to remove or replace. This makes the knife peeler easy to clean and to maintain. Peeling without water is possible.

Because of the changes we've made, we have managed to create an even higher capacity, a better rotation of the product, a prolonged life time of the knives, 30% less waste compared to the competition, less maintenance and a higher yield.
