1. Continuous Frying:

- Internal Heating: Fryers can be equipped with heating via submerged tubes in the fryer’s oil bath, providing even cooking.
- External Heating (Optional): An alternative heating method involves an external coil heater with an oil circulation pump, available upon request.
2. Oil Draining:
- After frying, the product passes over a vibrating screen, which effectively drains excess oil, ensuring the pellets maintain the right texture and are not overly greasy.
3. Flavoring:
- The product then enters a rotating drum, where it is coated with powdered flavors. This process ensures an even distribution of seasonings on each pellet.
4. Cooling (Optional):
- An optional cooler can be integrated into the system, allowing the product to reach room temperature before entering the packaging machine.
- This step helps preserve freshness and prevents condensation in the packaging.
