PRIMAVERA

Primavera is a variety with yellow skin and light-yellow flesh. Primavera is an early variety which is characterized by a production of very long tubers compared to the other varieties on this segment with a rounder shape.

This coupled with its very good dry matters and its good resistance to difficult climatic conditions makes it a variety very requested by the manufacturers of French fries at the beginning of the season.
