Origin and Breeding History

Elba is an excellent boiling potato; the large round tubers have buff, flaky skin and white flesh. A top choice for the organic grower, with an impressive list of resistances including scab, early blight, and late blight. Good storage. Light purple flowers on large vigorous plants. Organic Seed.
