This comprehensive three-day program offers a deep dive into the production processes of savoury snacks, from raw materials to finished products, and is designed to provide attendees with cutting-edge industry insights.

The course is specifically designed for professionals involved in producing savoury snacks such as potato chips, pretzels, popcorn, extruded snacks, tortilla chips, and sheeted snacks. With a focus on the latest production techniques, attendees will gain valuable knowledge on industry best practices, food safety standards, and new technologies that are shaping the future of the snack industry.

The event, which also includes networking and evening activities, will allow participants to connect with industry experts and peers from across Europe and beyond.
