First Pile Struck for Tolsma-Grisnich's New Centralized Building

A significant step in the future of Tolsma-Grisnich has been taken, already established in Emmeloord since 1966. The first pile has been driven for the new 20,000 m² modern building, which will house both offices and production areas. 

The new building is located on the new industrial estate of Emmeloord and will serve as the central point for all Tolsma-Grisnich activities worldwide. The company currently operates from various locations in Emmeloord, but the new building will increase efficiency by centralising everything in one place, in a modern and sustainable working environment. 

Groothuis Bouwgroep is responsible for the turnkey construction of the company building and offices. The entire project will be delivered with sustainable certification, ensuring future-proof business accommodation. 

The new building will provide space for the company's 200 employees, who are expected to be operational from July 2025.
