Manter International BV, manufacturer of weighing and packing equipment for the fruit and vegetable industry launches a new model of their Automatic Bagplacing system onto the market.
This new model, called MBP 2 can process, in combination with the new SAB 2 HS ( Semi automatic bagger High Speed ) up to 20 bags a minute of 25kg. This new system, apart from automatic bagplacing, can still easily be switched to semi automatic packing. Especially because of the less availability of the bags in the market this feature is required.
Several sensors and Servo drives guarantee the exact position of the bag in the machine. Applying a unique - patent pending - development, the bag is transported and opened underneath the filling opening. Suction cups are only needed on a few spots and therefor the air consumption is greatly reduced.
The Manter MBP 2 is suitable for different kind of bags like Net and Hessian. The bags have to be euipped with plastic strip and holes and can go up to 50 kg. The first machines are in the field and the next series will be taken into production. The first generation MBP will still be available.This is intended for customers who do not need such a high capacity.
