More Food Processing Machinery at AUSPACK 2015

AUSPACK 2015 will feature an impressive list of processing machinery exhibitors from all over the world.

The 30th edition of the show in Melbourne next year has confirmed participation from companies such as TNA Australia, Heat & Control, Walls Machinery, Krones and JL Lennard, according to Mr Luke Kasprzak, Portfolio Director – Industrial Division, Exhibition and Trade Fairs. International processing companies such as Daxner Pacific and Lothar A.Wolf Speizialmaschinen as well as first time exhibitors Viking Food Solutions and Summit Machinery are also exhibiting in 2015.

Viking Food Solutions specialises in cutting-edge food processing and packaging solutions ranging from vacuum packaging equipment and materials to dip tanks, shrink packaging, tray sealers, trays and film, and food labels. Viking services the fresh and processed meat, poultry, seafood, dairy and chilled food segments.

Viking Food Solutions Director Mr Stuart Mead says the company will be showcasing a broad range of solutions on their stand including the A-MAPS tray sealer, the Viking XG 680 automatic tray sealer, the Viking 1020, 250 and 423 vacuum packers, the Viking dip tank 66 and the Viking Planus hamburger machine.

Summit Machinery is a first-time exhibitor at the AUSPACK and has been firmly based in the processing equipment field for over 25 years. Active in the vegetable, salad, cheese, meat and nut industries across Australia and New Zealand, Summit Machinery offers their own range of salad washers, spin dryers, trim tables, conveyors, elevators and ancillary equipment. Additionally, they also represent several international brands such as FAM (Belgium) size reduction machinery including dicers, slicers, shredders, Stumabo (Belgium) industrial machine knife manufacturers, Dofra (Holland) processing machinery for potato, onion and capsicum, and Tenrit (Germany) processing machinery for carrots.

According to General Manager Julie Taylor, Summit Machinery believes that AUSPACK will be a good fit for their processing equipment offerings. The company is also planning to showcase the FAM Centris, FAM Flexifam and Tenrit solo carrot peeler.
