Manter highlights multihead weighers at Interpom | Primeurs 2012

Dutch Packaging equipment manufacturer Manter International BV highlights two of their new multihead weighers, the MD16 and the M12V at the upcoming Interpom | Primeurs.

New Manter multihead weigher MD16

The new Manter MD16 weigher has got 16 weighheads, 2 rows of 8 opposite of each other. Optional are holding buckets before the weighing buckets.
The MD16 has got different new mechanical techniques and because of these the weigher is very accurate. The combination of these techniques and the holding buckets can create speeds up to 80 bags a minute of 2,5kg.
The machine is developed in the new Manter colours and new model frame.
It can be deliverd with different kinds of discharge systems so various models packing machines can be connected to the side or underneath the weigher.
Through a new touchpanel and the new software the machine can be easily programmed and operated.
 

New Manter multihead weigher M12 V

Less drop
The new M12 V weigher is provided with 12 compact scales in a row. The V-shaped scales have 2 doors left or right opening. As a result, the weight is directly dumped onto the discharge belt and a dividing flap is not needed. By directly dumping the fall of the product is brought to a minimum.

Flexible and fast
The weigher can be equipped with various discharge systems. Therefore it is possible to work with different Packers at the same time. Speeds above 60 per minute are possible with this compact machine.
The combination of direct deposit, rapid removal and application of the latest mechanical techniques makes the M12 V rapid, accurate and a flexible weigher. The weigher is designed in the new colors and new software and touch panel for simple programming and operation.
The machine can optionally be included in a network which include remote monitoring is possible.
