BMA Nederland BV will install a second potato flake line for Merino.
Merino Industries Ltd. is one of the most successful potato flake producers in India. The company is situated in Hapur near New Delhi. There are many well known multi-nationals among their customers as well as famous Indian food processors.
BMA Nederland BV has received an order from Merino for the delivery of a new potato flake production line. It will be installed next to the existing line, which was also bought from BMA.
BMA Nederland installs a new potato flake line at Merino
The new line will be upgradeable from 600 kg/h to 1200 kg/h, so that the production capacity of Merino can continue to grow as the market demand for flakes increases.
Flake production will be done in an automatic process from washing and destoning of the raw potatoes up to the packaging.
This line will contain the second new generation BMA drum dryer in India.
