The trade fair INTERPOM | PRIMEURS (November 25-27, Kortrijk, Belgium) is the most complete contact and information forum for the potato, fruit &vegetable sector, from growers to processors. The event’s strong focus on quality and professionalism biennially mobilizes the whole sector to Kortrijk Xpo in Belgium.

INTERPOM | PRIMEURS is the ideal platform for professionals in the potato, fruit &vegetable sector. Since 1991, INTERPOM has continued to grow, and today it is well established as the absolute top quality event for the potato chain in Europe. In 2003, PRIMEURS was added to the fair and started welcoming growers, processors and traders of fruit and vegetables to the event.

Products highlighted by Agrometius include:

FmX ISOBUS display

The Trimble FmX display is now ISOBUS compatible. This means that you don't need a separate screen for controlling your ISOBUS implements. You simply use the same display that you're already using for RTK-GPS guidance.

The FmX display supports both Virtual Terminal and Task Control, so you cannot only control your ISOBUS implements, you can also switch sprayboom sections and row units by using GPS. Task Controller offers also possibilities for variable rate planting, seeding and spraying. The ISOBUS functionality is an option for new and existing FmX displays. All you need to make your system ISOBUS-ready is an unlock code and a cabling kit.

PlanterSwitch

Agrometius will present the PlanterSwitch on the Interpom show. With this module you can connect your Trimble FmX display to your Grimme planter and automatically switch your rows by using GPS. The PlanterSwitch switches your row units on the right time and place on headlands and wedges. This results in a perfectly planted field and in savings on seed potatoes.

The Agrometius PlanterSwitch is an option for the Trimble FmX/FM1000 display and installation is just plug and play. The system is compatible with both trailed and mounted planters. To garantee perfect timing, the system uses the vehicle speed to calculate the moment of switching. Chosing the PlanterSwitch means chosing for savings on seed potatoes and a better plantjob on odd shaped fields.

Vehicle Sync

Trimble Vehicle Sync is a perfect solution for larger farms who work their fields with more than 1 tractor at a time. Tractors equipped with the Trimble RTK-GPS Autopilot system for guidance, can now share their field data like ab-lines, logdata, event details and variety details wirelessly via Wifi with other systems in the field. With this you can exactly follow your colleagues troughout the field and it saves time because data exchange via USB now belongs to the past.

Vehicle Sync uses a long range Wifi connection and because of this there are no yearly costs for subscriptions, it just a onetime investment that it's really worth it. Vehicle Sync is an option for the Trimble FmX/FM1000 displays.
